LESSON 3:  HELPFUL OR HARMFUL?

 

 

OBJECTIVES:

Students will:

  • Research online sources to discover which arachnids are helpful and which arachnids are harmful.
  • Complete Graphic Organizers, detailing research findings.

 

PROCEDURES:

  1. Students will visit the following teacher-selected sites to gather information about arachnids.

  1. Students will complete Graphic Organizers, detailing “helpful” or “harmful” status of various arachnids.

 

3.  Students come back to share information in whole group, while teacher charts appropriate comments on K-W-L Chart.
